  1.  @haradimitroula3175  Aurora is significant, yes. Both for being one of the only ships to escape Tsushima both intact and still in Russian hands, and for her role in a certain revolution. Personally, I'd be interested Drach doing a long video on all of the Russian 1st-class protected cruisers (the Russian-made Pallada-class, American-made Varyag, German-made Askold, German-made Bogatyr). Since the way they were built to basic requirements but not a common design is pretty unusual. And a video on all of them could explain in detail how they settled on Bogatyr as the best of the bunch and built 3 sister ships in Russian yards.

  3. Pretty much. Should've kept the imperial flag flying, then go "see ya suckers" and make a run for Petrograd (wouldn't be Leningrad until 1924) once they're outside of British waters.
