  1. ​ @connorcore7008  The only "minor" Axis nation that had any navy to speak of was Romania. They had 2 quite respectable modern destroyers and 2 outdated WW1 destroyers, 2 submarines heavily based on the Type VII U-boat and 1 slightly smaller submarine, 6 motor torpedo boats, 5 ex-Italian midget submarines, 1 decent-sized minelayer, and a few less significant ships. Plus river gunboats. The only other Axis nations outside of the main 3 that even had navies were Bulgaria and Croatia (if the latter even counts, since it was just a puppet state that nominally controlled occupied Yugoslavia), and they only had a handful of torpedo boats and in Croatia's case a pair of river monitors.
