@Colonel_Overkill The fact that no Royal Navy battleships or battlecruisers were ever preserved is insane.

@Same idiot That makes perfect sense for Warspite, Renown, etc. But by the time the KGVs and Vanguard were decommissioned, the British economy had more than recovered from WW2. They could've afforded to save one of them, there just wasn't enough interest in doing it.

It's such a pity that Texas is the only major warship from her era that's been preserved, but at least she's still intact and being kept up.
