  1. I think he's talking about literally taking manual control of the secondaries. Like switch away from the main guns to the secondaries and use the reticle to aim the secondaries while the main guns are reloading. Something I've been recommending for years that Wargaming implement on pre-dreadnoughts and other secondary-heavy ships.
