One thing you didn't address is the 1918 Spanish flu. Seeing as it's generally believed to have originated in Kansas and been brought to Europe by American soldiers, Europe might have gone untouched by it in this timeline.

@adamlakeman7240 "Greater Germany" would already exist if they were on the winning side in World War I, and the Germany people wouldn't be feeling humiliated and in the mood for revenge. Actually, in this timeline it's more likely that something resembling Nazism would arise in France instead. Not only would they have failed to retake Alsace-Lorraine and avenge their defeat in the Franco-Prussian War, they would've lost even more of their eastern territory to Germany. And it's not as if proto-fascism and anti-Semitism were unknown to France.
