Like how he repeatedly violated the Fair Housing Act by establishing a "whites only" policy in his rental properties. Official policy, handed down personally by Trump, is that any black applicants were to be told there were no vacancies in his apartment buildings even there actually were. And any black person who filled out an application anyway was to have it marked "C" (for "colored") to make sure the application would never be mistakenly approved.
