@theresa7792 Yes, there is already a law that states this exactly. The reason that Republicans are coming up with the SAVE Act is that they want to pretend that non-citizens are voting. Because whenever they lose elections, they want to be able to blame nonexistent voter fraud instead of just admitting they lost.
