  1. Physically I feel better with good food and exercise but I have less anxiety when I binge eat carbs it seems to regulate my emotions better

  2. ​ @fernendo4  people's problems stem from unresolved trauma the subconscious and the limbic system it's not true that diet or exercise will change anything it just might help feel less weighed down
