  1. ​ @learn2draw716 oh you have NO idea! I work in daycare, have worked for 30 years, seen a few bullies through the years. The ONLY thing that stops them is when the other children,even if it's just ONE, starts to hit back. We don't tell anyone to hit back, but we don't notice when somebody finally does it. Usually the bully who has bitten, hit, kicked, thrown sand in the face, for months or even a year, stops when he realize that there is someone stronger than him in the group.After that he don't hurt anyone anymore because he gets hurt back. Talking with bullies,or with their parents don't help,shouting or screaming don't help, leaving them outside fun games don't help. But Goddammit if a child hits him back he understands. Having the whole group to hit him or push him sounds mean and wrong, because it's coming from an adult, but when I was a kid we hit the bully back, hard, and they always stopped after that. We never involved our parents,they never knew. We handled it ourselves.
