  1. On the other hand, if deathpenalty would scare people away from murdering, I would cheer for it. But as it makes no difference it seems, people murder their families anyway, all the time in America, knowing they'll get deathpenalty if they get caught but it doesn't stop them. And also, death penalty is better of course for the murderer, who'd even want to be buried alive in prison for life??? I would beg for death penalty rather than spend my life locked up in a prison.
