Why isn't there a law that prevents people from naming alleged perps until after conviction? It's not a free speech issue as they have this law for minors, so that excuse has flown the coup (think that's the idiom, working on English). Can the person who the claim was made against sue her for lifetime of all the wages he would have lost from good paying work and pain & suffering from loss of face, because regular people would find it hard to get a good job after ($60k × 50 years + $5m p&s = $8 million). Would the payment be garnished from the other persons wages and investments?

Foreigner here, but she appears to be white, yet says if she were white, whe would be treated differently. Even if she has some native background, she presents as white and that's where much discrimination happens. Rachel Dolezal in the US got removed from her position on the NAACP for not being black enough. Double standards? Confused.

Perhaps a new law: Alleged perps remain unnamed until conviction (similar to how we treat minors, so not a free speech issue) Or If allegations are looked into and found to be false, the accuser must face the same punishment as the crime accused of (eg rape, assault).

@stephenmoreyprivateyoutube1039 I used govt to mean the whole political system. Sorry. English isn't my first language and I think that's how the Americans use it too.
