  2. Just the headline - gah! I’m sorry. It does give me hope that Toronto citizens are supporting those who are homeless. It’s cheaper to house the homeless in decent shelters/homes/apartments than it is to criminalize people for being poor. So if you can’t get on board with morality, jump on the Econ train.
