  1. This video is enraging. Along time ago I was in traffic court and the case before me was a case of assault and theft of a purse from an elderly woman. The perp was a white guy and his maybe 20s, late teens. The judge gave it to him. The judge was not amused at all. The judge stated that he had no sympathy for those who pray on small children and elderly. Yet here we are with police officers – those who are sworn to protect and serve - laughing and encouraging assault of an elderly woman Who has dementia. When I saw the film from her cell, I just about lost it. Could she hear them? These officers definitely need to be charged and put in jail, and prison. This is some bullshit. This video alone shows how fucked up Police culture is.
