  1. Yeah, shreveport, Louisiana I guess. I’m in the cost of buying a home is pretty low. But then there’s other issues like other cities in Louisiana.

  2. Mobile is one of those cities that people forget about. I mean it has so much untapped potential. And I mean a lot. I’m gonna get so overlooked. But yes, houses are pretty affordable. I mean, yes there is some poverty issues that’s for sure.

  3. I think Flint Michigan should be a lot higher on the list. I mean it’s all around terrible. Especially after the Flint water crisis from what? 2014 to 2016.

  7. I mean, downtown is starting to undergo a revival in Birmingham, Alabama, but that still doesn’t change the fact that it’s still not a very good place to live

  8. Whoaaaaaaaaaa. Detroit. Forget about Detroit. I’m in the downtown is undergoing a huge revival, especially with tech companies we locating to downtown Detroit, but that still isn’t changing the facts at all.
