  2. It will. The 2nd and 3rd times they will invite the offender to go into treatment. Even if this only helps 33% of the offenders that would cut down on crime. As crime associated with drugs are the main crimes committed by young offenders.

  6. ​​ @area51isreal71  yeah countries that have decriminalised drugs have seen a decrease in overdoses and drug uptake. Giving a person the opportunity to seek help instead of throwing them in prison will see a befit to the wider community. It's a health problem not a criminal problem.

  11. This is only for have low amounts of drug on you. So if you are driving stoned than you will be charged with that but if your are also holding at the time it maybe a warning for that. Not sure on that but. Do a little research maybe

  12. Name one country where being hard on drugs actually cut down on the use of them. Portugal decriminalised a lot of drugs and their numbers went down.
