  1. Well if you get average highs of 24 to 27°c and the temperature goes above 35 its hot. Texas is hot. It's no different than when you got to cold and the power turned off and people froze to death. It's not the hard to understand the fact that different places have different norms

  2. Sunday through to Tuesday will be over 30 Monday and Tuesday could get up to 38 and maybe into the 40s. Plus the problem wasn't the rain or even the cold. It's your electricity provider that didn't want to spend money to winter proof the electric grid. My point is the abnormal weather temperatures can kill. Doesn't matter if it's too cold or too hot.
