The court ruled that the level of emergency declared by the government wasn't high enough. So next time they will lift the level and the lockdowns will be constitutional again.   8. The audit is biased towards the Republicans. It is not independently run. So it is meanless and not change the outcome. At most the speaker of the house will become Persident. Trump has no way of getting back into the white house till 2024. Nancy Pelosi would make a good Persident.
