Electricity prices in Australia have gone down the more renewables they bring on line. If you wish to say they haven't i would like to see your evidence.

@merlinite- oh yes your not understanding situation. The cost of electricity generation has gone down. But the cost of infrastructure maintenance and building new infrastructure has gone up. I understand how it could be hard to Comprehend. You don't actually think for yourself. You just believe what your told.

Punctuation and evidence is lacking @tomjones5338

@torbjornripstrand1103 Australia’s power regulator drafts price cuts of up to 7.1% for households as generation costs ease An article in the guardian.

I have seemed to have triggered some people. Still 0 evidence to prove me wrong
1
@whiskeygamer9402 still can't give evidence?
1
@Father-Grandfather other that can't understand the subject. You bill isn't just about the cost of generating the electricity. The bill covers the cost of maintaining the network and building new infrastructure. It also includes the mark up from the company's. So you electricity bill doesn't speak for the cost of generating electricity. And the cost of generating electricity drops the more you add renewables to the network. Once again, I am still waiting on evidence to disprove me.

@Fire.4Effect 🤦♂️ more irrelevant information into the thread.
1
@Father-Grandfather insults and deflecting. You're sure going alone the game plan very well. Get called out on your lack of knowledge, and it must be a knee-jerk reaction
1
@Fire.4Effect 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ your electricity bill doesn't show the cost of electricity generation. Please learn what is included in your electricity bill. Don't be so closed minded. It doesn't take much to be a little smarter

@dougdownunder5622 other comment lacking in Punctuation and evidence

Look at all the triggerings in the thread 😂😂😂

@Fire.4Effect word salad? Wow if simple words confuse you I understand why you are getting so triggered. But once again. The cost of electricity generation is a part of your bill. The rest is the cost of maintaining the network (transmission lines, power plants, employees pay, and so on), taxes and the companies own markup so they can make a profit. The cost of electricity generation. Has dropped and is continuing to drop the more renewables are added to the network. You bill is going up because new infrastructure must be made and the old infrastructure is costing more and more to maintain. So once again. Your bill doesn't deprove my claim. Electricity is cheaper now. The infrastructure maintenance and making the network better driving the cost up. But I'm sure this comment has triggered you again. I look forward to continuing insults.

@Fire.4Effect 🤦♂️ happy to have made your night. Shame that you are so willing to stay ignorant and continue with your insults not actually debate the argument. Hope you continue to have a good night.

@dougdownunder5622 Oh that's right. You got triggered and forgot Punctuation. Congratulations here is your 🍭

nah mate. I didnt came here to start a fight. I came to trigger the ignorant here on sky news. And it worked. There is no need to fight anyone on here. As they can hold a debate. Its all deflecting and insults. Just like your comment👍🏻 @DEPORTER_SUPPORTER

@merlinite- wow more irrelevant comments. Not very original.

@awc900 yeah but once the infrastructure is built it would start to drop the cost of the bills. As generation would be far cheaper. And maintaining a more modern system would require less money. The infrastructure in Australia would have to be replaced anyway. Even if we keep the same form of generation. As it's just plain old and costing for more to maintain than rebuilding. That's way alot of coal plants are being shut down. The companies don't see them as profitable anymore. But you don't have to take my word for it. The industry is saying the same thing. Renewables are making electricity generation cheaper.

@awc900 ok mate. No need to keep showing ypur ignorant. I get it.
