  24. The country needs larger-scale private enterprise as not everyone can work for the government. Cuba is a poor example as the ability to get a job is based on patronage and nepotism as private enterprise is heavily restricted. Cubans are educated but have no job market to put that education to good use in.

  26. It's perfectly fair. Tourists come to your country for leisure. Refugees (that's not say you're one) go to their country to escape war, tyranny and general backwardness of the leadership and society to actually live there.
