The only real sanctions on Cuba is that by the Cuban government against its own people. Cuba's isolation currently from the rest of the world is by choice, hence the import restrictions and refusal to accept aid.

@Argenswiss Many of these socialist clowns boasting about solidarity with the poor working class are from the very same bourgeoisie enjoying the privileges and luxuries granted by capitalism they so love to denounce and probably work in the public/government sector whose salaries come from the private sector (both bosses and workers alike) via taxes they sneer at if they even do an honest day's work at all in their lives.
