It always blows my mind when people live more than half of their lives as seemingly "good" people, then suddenly start committing horrible crimes. Have they always been secretly evil but controlled themselves, or is this possibly mental illness?

Maurice 2000- It's kinda weird, just before I saw your comment about "demons", I realized this video reminded me of an incident in my city awhile back. I live in Taunton Massachusetts and a couple years ago, this guy checked himself into the hospital and said "The Devil is speaking to me". They let this guy out the next day, and he killed a couple of people, stole a car, rammed it through the glass doors at a store in the Galleria mall, took a knife from a restaurant and started stabbing people before he was finally shot dead by an off duty cop. No one had any explanation as to why, other than the hospital obviously shouldn't have released him so who knows, maybe you're right.

mindfreedom1- This has to be more than just losing faith in God. I'm agnostic, so I've never had faith in God, religion, or really anything for that matter. But I know for a fact I would never commit any acts of horrific violence against anyone unless it's by means of self defense, or protecting a friend or family member. I really don't know what to think about this situation, I just don't think a lack of faith is the answer. As I stated earlier, my only guesses is that she was always evil, or she's suffering from some kind of mental illness. Or as Maurice 2000 suggested, "demons". Sounds much less logical to me, but maybe demonic possession is real.
