  2. Prior to Giuliani NYC was progressive ran and a disaster. Rich libs fled the city, Giuliani won, fixed NYC, Bloomberg kept things going. Rich libs moved back, elected progressive DeBlasio and the rest is a repeat of history. Sadly democrats realized they can stay in power by replacing their fleeing voters with foreign voters so NYC is done for, there will be no cycle of democrats losing.
