  1. Basically allowance and forcing him to budget. And decide what to spend. Don't bail him out with toys/ treats/ brand name stuff if he screws up unless it's for school. No iPhones unless he saves and pays for himself is a phone worth 1000 or will you rather spend it on other things. Or they will learn to use coupons as well to save more money, crazy coupon lady style
