@petepeter1857 dont forget to piss on the landlord when you get the chance. landlords that piss on their tenants shouldnt deserve any less than being pissed on back. they were the ones that bought the property for millions and jacked up rents. no point we need the property values to crash after all. waiting for 50% discount

@Dank Dank Dank Dank pretty much it. landlords want feudalism in general. that's why they buy up a lot of properties for extreme prices and then charge rents much higher compared to what they can afford. and need to rely on higher prices to stay a float because rents wont support their over priced purchase. as we said the MAX a person should pay for rent is 1/3 average income. landlords want to charge 3k in cities that is 9k income then per month. this means 108k per year. on average? Most make 1/2 that. landlords are being pretty unreasonable and ask people to live like rats because they overpaid for trash ghettos.
