Well This bill sounds good in all but hows that going to take care of these mental health boyfriends that can find anything to use knife drugs vehicle etc. etc. etc. to go on a killing spree there is a lot of mental health patients out in public in this country running around that need more than just a couple therapy sessions and prescribed pills sad to say but these types of people need to be put someplace from harming themselves or others
