Didier Lemoine not so good for EU, it might find a low tax haven on its door step. Germany stands to lose billions in lost sales, together with the rest of the EU. Good chance the EU will break up as the fight over its budget starts. A less attractive UK means migrants will want to stay in the EU, putting more pressure on the union. If the UK ever rejoins, it will be a recipient from the EU budget. In the mean time UK costal waters will be closed to the EU fishing fleet. With luck all those parasitic bankers will move to the EU and do the same to its economy as they have done to ours.

Peter Pan we think the same about the EU. The EU member states have done their fair share of refugee creation. Give the EU its own army and it will soon be doing even more. It will be nice if the UK dies become less influential, if that means it no longer feels the need to get involved in world conflicts and illegal wars. We will be happy to leave that to the EU, lead no doubt by the French. Soon or later it will be in direct conflict with the Russians or maybe the Chinese, good luck with that.

Peter Pan maybe not directly, but the czechoslovakians Polish and hungarians will see to that. For them, membership is already looking less attractive, even less so if they are asked to contribute to the EU budget. Even the Irish are having second thoughts, after the EU tax grab and then there is still the matter of Greek debt and Italia banks. The Germans might want to run Europe, but they did not expect to pay for it, particularly now the Macron has become the tatula leader of the EU, with his imperial ambitions. The Germans also do not like its bank printing funny money using its currency. But maybe you are right and the EU is stable, but I would not bet on it.

moma mia successive UK governments have sold UK assets to fund UK living expenses and EU membership. The UK is effectively bust, with little more to sell. It has no future within the EU. The status quo is not an option. Outside, life is going to be difficult for a while, but the UK has a chance to restructure its economy and regain control of its assets. Something the EU would never allow. The EU should be very worried about how the UK government might go about the required restructuring as it may find it very uncomfortable. Certainly I hope that those who have poisoned the UK economy for years will move on to pastures new, with luck in the EU.

stealthkillah122 that would be the uk thst pays £13 billion net to the eu each year and for this it has an £80 billion trade deficit with the EU and is forced to give free access to our coastal waters, So money grabbing no, EU hating defiantly.

Didier Lemoine the only reality shock is how vindictive the EU can be to those wishing to leave the EU protection racket. This should be considered a warning to those who might be considering joining this organisation. They should also be aware that membership of the EU will cost them more than it will benefit them. I doubt the EU will be looking for new members who will be net recipients from its budget. That rules out most of the prospective candidates.
