  1. I fully support non violent protest, but not violent protest. The attack on unarmed police offers is not acceptable. To attack police horses with weapons is indefensible. It is worth note that many of those protesting are in the vulnerable group for catching the Covid-19 virus. It is possible there will be a spike in the infection rate in the next 5 to 10 days. The uk, like many other European countries, have histories for which should shame them. The statue of the slave trader pulled down in Bristol, should not have been dumped in the river, but put in a Museum. That way the less edifying parts of uk history will not be conveniently forgotten. While racism still exists to some extent in the uk, as in other places around the world, the protestors should recognise that the past is another country.
