If the EU wants to meet its emissions targets, it must use more carrots and fewer sticks to change public behaviour. Tax should only be used as an incentive for those who can afford to pay, such as multinationals.

@bca-biciclindcuaxel7527 the carrots are reserved for the rich. The EU is toxic, it is destroying the member states while it's propaganda says it's doing the opposite, ask the Greeks the Italians.

@bca-biciclindcuaxel7527 are yes everything is for the best and everyone is living in the best of all possible worlds. I wonder why all those people in France with yellow vests seem so annoyed? Why are the Italians writing anti austerity budgets that the EU is threating to the them for implementing? Why are the Greek pensioners living in poverty? Seem that the EU propaganda is not supported by reality.
