  2.  Белый Негр  many of the UK newspapers did not support the UK government position on Iraqi wmd. Certainly the uk press is likely to be less controlled that in Russia. This was not a news paper article, it was a news report. Unfortunately, Russia is unlikely to allow me to see for myself if russian weapons are moving towards the border or away from it. Putin lack some credibility, given the involvement of russian agents in assassination attempts and murders on European soil. Then there is the little matter about the 100,000 troops who were sent to the Ukrainian border, and the illegal annexing of Crimea, and the shooting down of a civil passenger aircraft with a russian surface to air missile. So I have good reason to believe news reports of Putin's belligerent Intent.

  3.  @ruthlesstruth8639  you mean as an alternative to that very truthful russian propaganda. Based on Putin's previous actions, I have formed my own opinion. There is really no doubt that Putin was behind the assassination attempts in the west, who else would have access to the WMD.
