  1. The eu cannot cherry pick. That means no access to uk coastal waters and no involvement of ECJ in uk justice system. It also means the uk will not follow eu rules and directives. The eu should also know the uk will build its own replacement for the Galileo system and will be using its ground stations for that system and no longer for the Galileo system. Given the uk has always been a net contributor to the eu budget, Mr Barnier should know that in a divorce assets would be split equitably, which means the eu owes the uk some furniture.
