  2.  Alfa&Omega 00000  it can,we can leave without a deal. Much is being made of the fact that a no confidence vote has yet to be scheduled against Mrs May. But the delay might be tactical. If timed correctly, Mrs May will not have the authority to sign the exit agreement and the longer the delay the less chance of a deal before the brexit date. If she signs the agreement while subject to a no confidence vote, the document will be open to a legal challenge on the grounds that she does not represent the UK. The deal has yet to be ratified by the UK parliament and the chances of that at the moment look very small.
