Comments by "Nigel Johnson" (@nigeljohnson9820) on "Will the Swiss vote to end EU freedom of movement in their country?" video.
The EU imposes free movement as a condition of trade. There is not a logical connection between the two. This is the EU behaving as a bully.

@PhysiOSQuantum the idiot is you for choosing such an obvious answer. I think you will find that the Swiss might have come up with that rule without the help of the EU.

@joseestevao2037 if you shop in a super market, does it automatically give you the right to move in with the owner, or for the owner to move in with you? The EU rules are distractive because they undermine the nation state. They facilitate globalisation, that is rapidly destroying the planet. The free movement of capital stops the nation state benefiting from taxation, allowing income earned in one state to be moved to another. The free movement of people is about providing cheap labour for business, undermining the nation state economy. They are the half hearted measures needed for federalisation, accept the federal state is yet to be formed. They only make any sense if there is a central federal government, collecting federal taxes and the nation states just become regions of a super state.

blah blah blah blah blah blah I think the blah, blah is very appropriate. Lots of Irish nationalist whinging and boasting. Strange coming from a country that is told what to do by Brussels. Ireland hides behind the coattails of the EU bully, greeing and leering, but still having to do what it's told by the bully. Don't give me all that nonsense about Irish sovereignty, Ireland is controlled by the whim of the EU bureaucrats, the only sovereign decision left to Ireland and the other member states is the ability to leave the EU, and it is questionable how long that exit door will exist. I suggest you watch some of the YouTube videos by the Irish freedom party, they detail the damage done to Ireland by the EU far better than I can.

@mariorossi7149 why do they have such ridiculous rules.

All indications are that the Swiss have voted for Switzerland to remain a vassal state of the EU. Something they will come to regret. I suppose that they could introduce laws that discourage inward migration for the EU.

@lespaul5734 but it must follow EU rule and directives to maintain the relationship. It must accept free movement. That makes it a vassal state.

@PhysiOSQuantum do you not understand the term vassal state?? If you did you would know that non membership is implicit in the term. Game not over, fool.

@UCIF-S3PJ06pnyuzuWall2Ow we would be happy too, if the EU would keep out of UK affairs. I would much prefer to leave you to your dystopian superstate future, unfortunately the EU hypocrisy with regard to China is too much of an easy target to resist. Maybe it's because the EU is slowly morphing into an image of Chinese "democracy" or the lack there of.

@grassytramtracks you don't expect that trading with a super market will entitle the staff to move in with you.
