  1. Prove it! His crime is that of exposing US government illegal activity. The operative word here is illegal, so no matter what his motives and affiliations, it is the US government that has broken the law. Assange is not being extradited for being a Russian agent, he is being persecuted for being a whistleblowing journalist. It is ironic that a US government that pardoned criminals convicted of serious fraud, should be seeking to prosecute someone who has shown the US is guilty of war crimes and extra-judicial murder.
