  1. If there will be no hard border in ireland, even in the event of a no deal brexit, why the hell is the EU insisting on the backstop. Remove the backstop and the deal is likely to pass in the UK parliament. As a leave voter, I am happy with the EU intransigence, it makes a no deal brexit more likely.

  2.  @alisonsabin-hope7171  you would think so,but it appears that some of our treasonous politicians are contemplating such a move, justifying it by claiming it is comprise or pragmatism. In fact it is ideologically driven by those who still believe in the EU project for the creation of a federal super state of Europe.
