  1. It will be the middle earners who will be asked to pay this tax. The super rich elite will not pay anything. The NHS has wasted £9 billion on private companies involved in the NHS, the UK cannot afford to waste money paying private shareholders. PFI has been a disaster for the NHS, with the tax payer taking all the risks and the companies taking the lucrative profits.
