@sandol296 you really do not understand the effects of global warming. I think the days of cold wet summers are over, but it depends on the very large meanders in the jet stream and which side the UK finds itself. At the moment we are on the southern side of such a kink in the jet stream and are experiencing the hottest February on record. No doubt if we are in the same position during the summer, we will have an exceptional hot weather, just as we did last year. But what we experience as hot, Europe will come to regard as cold. It is very likely UK farmers will be able to grow crops currently only grown in the south of France and around the Mediterranean. Unfortunately for Europe, that will make your weather more like that of sub saharan Africa. You can expect a flood of migrants from that region, driven out by weather conditions that will make life there almost impossible.

The significants of the UK will grow as the rest of Europe is reduced to an unproductive desert by global warming. A repeat of last summer is likely to decimate the EU tourist industry. It might also be difficult to ski if the mountains are free of snow. Brexit may yet be the least of your worries.
