  1. Choosing chocolate as a project fear story clearly failed, because the UK government has spent a lot of its time trying to pursued people to eat more healthily. It is also the case that Mars bars have been shrinking in size for years, their disappearance would not be a great loss. They would have stood a better chance suggesting there would be a shortage of contraceptives. Don't they know the Ad man's mantra that "sex sells".
