  1. poor title, and the kind of "lies by omission" we can always expect from leftists. It clearly says "punish protestors who obstruct street traffic or cars" which is what any sane society should do. Its not saying you can RUN OVER PROTESTORS who are peacefully giving protests in a manner which doesn't impede on other peoples life.
