  2. Was the former president convicted of insurrection? Was there a trial? Was a jury empaneled? Until he is criminally charged in court, STFU about January 6. In this country we are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If we throw out those principles than all of us can be guilty on the flimsiest of even an allegation.
