  25.  @JulioDelatorre-i8e  Try reading the above law. It clearly states who can be defined as a terrorist org and what they do to be labeled a terrorist org. It isn't arbitrary, it is written in the law. If you bothered to read and understand it perhaps it will be clear. But loonies don't have reading comprehension skills so I doubt it.
