  1. A whole culture and way of life able to defeat Consumerism and Capitalistic greed. No wonder there was fear of them in the 60's. It wasn't just Russian nukes it was a good cover and a way to get N. Am. consumers, at the time, from joining the movement. Instead of planned obsolescence, planned longevity. NO profit for The Corp.'s G. M.s (Greed Mongers).
