  1. Welcome to the tea drinkers of the world, society !! You're now going to sweat out, etrc. the coffee side- effects. Especially from that instant stuff. My parents used to drink that, it kept me away from coffee. I'm 65 now and I didn't try coffee until flavored drip brew in the late 80's. Then i got carried away within a decade, or so, I was swillin' 56 oz Big Gulps plastic barrels of coffee.😆😵‍💫🥴And I was feeeeeling it... so I cut back and finally quit just a few years ago. I've been a Asian tea drinker since my teens and now I also drink herbal teas for variety and I feel much better ☺💪🫀
