  1. When he asks Push if the THC cart.'s are licensed to be made in Cali. Push says; "....and they have their own liquid... but they don't want to jump through the hoops...." Maybe that's because it's hard to jump through hoops when, 'you don't have legs to stand on' !!! Meaning they would never PASS to be able to be licensed. STOP VAPING period !!!!Vaping has always been dangerous!!! Why do you think it has the same restrictions on public consumption as tobacco products which were never counterfeited to be even more dangerous. You can even tell by the amount of "plume' vapers exhale. I never saw any tobacco smoker, 'blow a cloud' like a vaper. There is no way it's safer than the actual 'dangerous' tobacco smoke!!! Which in second-hand, is 'technically' an assault on another person, especially a non-smoker. And a non-smoker has the right to defend themselves against both forms of ASSAULT !!!
