  1. CIA sold Cocaine ... which later became modified for smoking and called at first "Free-Basing" ... Crack was Cocaine cooked, and modified, with extra chemicals into the form known as Crack. Which later became the stepping stone for the production of Meth..... which is just Chemicals and so no need for the Coke!
