When they approve the additions for buildings, or clearing the land, or whatever, do they set strict, or flexible, area parameters, in any way! And how strict are they on things like tree removal, land-scaping, or altering the land for the various structures , etc.?? hope that makes sense 1 answer could cover i hope !! Thanks man !!
