@lukekor Lets put that to test The US has test fired the Trident 2 177 times since 1989 whereas Russia has test fires its RSM-56 31 times since 2004 both missiles have 10 failures The US has over 30 years of reliability with its Trident 2 wheres Russia's RSM-56 has a fraction of that and thats just one area

@lukekor Like I said thats just one area The US LGM-30 Minuteman like the Trident has been tested reliably for even longer. Russia on the other hand , as you stated created the Sarmat Again by comparison, the US has 1 ICBM type in service for over 40 years while Russia apparently needs 7 ICBM types Same with SLBM, 1 type for the US while Russia needs 3 apparently The fact that Russia is consistently making more nuclear says a lot about their fate in their missiles
