Nope the tech already exist and is being built The US developed Home on Jam seekers for the JDAM and SDBs years ago, they werent adopted so the US gave the company who made them long ago a contract to make some for Ukraine Secondly, the AGM-88 can lock on to the jammer but Ukraine's MIG-29 and Su-27 cant fully use the AGM-88 Only the F-16 will able to do as well as JDAM and SDBs fitted with Home on Jam seekers

The solution to the problem which the US has in the works is that JDAM as well SDB can be fitted with Home on Jam seekers Once those arrive, Russia jammers will become useless

@tedarcher9120 incorrect they were developed in 2014 the US tested them but never adopted them So all the company has to do is make them again which wont take long

@tedarcher9120 Simple The US couldnt justify a need or reason for them when the AGM-88 does the same job but from longer range however Ukraine has shown the need for ground forces to have such a capability on tap in case of contested airspace As building them This isnt an aircraft, just a simple seeker which doesnt need long to make Since it was done in 2014, that means everything was stored digitally They simply have to pull it up , buy the parts and build or use newer tech again not a long process
