  10. The thing is that Apache and Tigre had the same amount of problems, the difference is that Apache main user is the US Army which had the money and resources to resolve the Apaches problems. The Tigre users did not. By the time the Tigre problems had been fixed. the Apache D was operational with the E model in the works. If the Tigre had gotten the same money and resources as the Apache, it would be an excellent helo but since it was strapped for cash , its potential will never be realized
