  9.  @aminmalik4086  They are not saving anything The Zircon missile can't be used by any of the ships or subs that remain in the Black Sea The Kinzhal can only be used by handful of MIG-31 that have been converted to carry it The same goes for the Tu-22M3 Again only a handful its not that Russia is saving them they barely have any assets available to use them If the Russian military wasn't such a screw up they would have at least brought in one ship or sub with the capability instead now ,they are rushing to equip it to the assets in the Black Sea which again wont matter as its just 4 Frigates
