  2. Your referendums aren't legal under international law. They are taking place on Ukranian sovereign territory, again illegal. Apart from that, they didn't conform to democratic standards, not to mention the ethnic cleansing which has been happening sincd the illegal occupation. They are about as reliable as your own presidential election.
